well, school is done.
it’s been less than a week and i’ve already run out of things to do on the computer…so, now i read *gasp*
actually, we should inform mr. considine that i’ve started this side of paradise because of his speech on grad day (and because for awhile i kept on thinking of starting it and then not starting it).
i have to admit, amory is quite the guy to be jealous of (despite his character being rather shallow and somewhat cliche). he’s beautiful, rich, and clever (and lazy and arrogant…oh how i relate…jk). very east coast prep.
and i~ am going to boston in less than a month. which is crazy because somehow i’ve ended up going there for the past four summers in a row without meaning to (*fate*).
well, let’s see what amory has to say about schools on the east coast:
“I want to go to Princeton,” said Amory. “I don’t know why, but I think of all Harvard men are sissies, like I used to be, and all Yale men as wearing big blue sweaters and smoking pipes…I think of Princeton as being lazy and good-looking and aristocratic – you know, like a spring day. Harvard seems sort of indoors…”
and – cut.
